Major Component Disassembly

-The unit is then broken into major sub-       assemblies. Each module takes it own path through the process before final assembly.

Initial Cleaning

-Heavy grease build up and other foreign debris Is thoroughly removed inside and out.

Initial Test and Repair

-Major sub-assemblies are tested to uncover faults and failures including deck, ice banks, auger motors and gear assemblies.  Failures are routed to correct stations for diagnostics and repair.​
Flex Hose and O Rings

-All beverage hose and O rings are replaced on every piece of equipment. 

Regrain Brushed Stainless Steel

-All regrained stainless steel finishes that appear worn or old are regrained in the shop.

Paint

-As needed, painted surfaces are stripped, prepped and re-painted in our EPA certified paint booth. 

-Remove all fittings-pressurize tank to check for leaks​
-Dissemble Motor –clean and paint-polish tank and pump​
-Rebuild check valves and check function-replace if needed​
-Check relief valve for function​
-Check pump and bypass for pump quality-replace as needed​
-Check backflow preventer for function and leaks​
-Reassemble- test cycle 4 times for amp  draw on motor​
-Oil motor-sanitize tank and blow out-cap all outlets​
-Box with label , serial number and asset number​
-Parts replaced at CCP competitive pricing​

REMANUFACTURING VS. NEW

Having your fountain equipment remanufactured is a lower cost alternative to purchasing new equipment and an excellent option to purchasing used equipment of an unknown quality or origin.

CARBONATOR REMANUFACTURING
RECEIVING

-Equipment is surveyed for obvious damage and missing major assemblies as it arrives. Then we dispatch a “traveler “ to the unit that ID’s ownership, model number, serial number and receipt date. This remains on the unit until completion. Refurb Center Staging

-Equipment is staged from warehouse to refurb center in a “first in first out” sequence unless otherwise specified by the customer. Several units may be shipped in but the process does not begin until the customer request them .

Reseal Cold Plate

-Cold plate is tested, sanitized and resealed

Valve Rebuild/Replace

-All dispensing valves are rebuilt and flow tested in addition all “O” rings and seals are replaced. Any valve that cannot be rebuilt is replaced. 

Final Function Test

-All fountains go through final functional test, a full electrical and pressurized test of all parts. Upon completion all internal liquid lines are sanitized and capped. 
Packing

-The dispensers are boxed and palletized for LTL freight. Packaging is substantial to insure equipment arrives in the same condition as when it left. All units are packed with appropriate drain hose and accessories including legs and support brackets based on model options. Each dispenser is boxed and banded on it’s own pallet. Carbonators and regulators are individually boxed.
